Leadership
Director of Student Services
Shirley Hunter-Conner serves as Director of Student Services for The Legacy Center. Her role focuses on student success through enrollment, admissions support, financial aid guidance, student records, attendance, academic planning, and personal resource support. She helps coordinate student schedules, specialized programming, partnerships, and support systems that advance Legacy's mission and help students move toward their career goals.
Executive Director
Randy Dunton serves as Executive Director of The Legacy Center. He oversees Legacy's programs, financial responsibilities, community assistance, and program expansion. His leadership helps guide the organization's growth, partnerships, and long-term impact in the community.
Director of Academic Affairs
Dr. Hezteine Foster serves as Director of Academic Affairs at The Legacy Center and oversees academic opportunities, including the Dr. Hezteine Foster College & Career Bound GED Program. She brings experience across K-12 and higher education and helps guide students toward academic growth, college readiness, and career preparation.
The Movement
